I want to visit Miami for a vacation one day, you know why?
Because I love the way Fiona says Miami in the opening sequence of Burn Notice, it’s as simple and random as that.

Clearly I am very easily amused. It does look like a wonderful place though — always sunny and light and filled to the brim with gorgeously tanned and chiseled people.
If I do ever get to go and visit then I would definitely like to stay in one of the nice big Miami hotels, I think that element of luxury would add to the experience. Although it also means it would take me twice as long to save up for, because I bet the posh ones like I have my eye on don’t come cheap — I am talking pools as big as my house, bars stocked to the brim with whatever tickles your fancy and top class restaurants. They have loads listed on TravelToday.com that fit the bill perfectly but alas, it is just a pipe dream at the moment — we can’t even afford a few days away in a caravan, a fancy pants hotel is definitely not on the menu this year.
