Argh, I have worked out so so so hard this week — I have been doing an hour on my elliptical and an hour on Wii Fit minimum each day, and I just weighed in and have gained a pound, ugh boo.
Maybe I gained muscle? I have been trying and looking for muscle gaining secrets, but more likely than not my body just didn’t appreciate me working out so much and fought against it!
Oh well, next week is a new week — just gotta pick yourself up, dust yourself down and start again. Hopefully I will get fairer results, hey?
