Today was a good day, I went shopping and for the first time I was able to just pick things off the rack and they fit me — it’s a while since shopping has been that easy, and I came home with one size 8 top. I think I was about 16 the last time I was a size 8. It makes all the hard work I put into my healthy diet, exercise and general Herbal Nutrition totally worth it
