I think I might get my father a watch for father’s day this year, I have seen some great citizen watches on BlueDial.com that I am sure he’d really like, they are totally his style.
It’s a little on the extravagant side for us though, we’ve never been ones to splash a load of cash on things like Mother’s and Father’s day, the only time special/expensive gifts are exchanged are usually big birthdays — like my mums 60th last year and my 30th which is coming up next March. Otherwise it’s usually just some flowers, a box of chocolates or in my dads case a bar of his favourite chocolate lol
He is the best dad in the world though and definitely deserves to be treated. He helped out so much with our recent house move and has done nothing but help us since as well, he’s forever picking things up for us, driving me places and doing odds jobs around the place.
