My dad used to dabble in property management when I was a young teen, maybe around age 13 – 15, it was one of the many jobs I remember him having when we were growing up — it’s no wonder that as an adult I am now much the same is it? I seem to have a new job or side project every few months.
He’s long since out of the game which is a shame because with the Internet so prevalent these days and sites like maxim enterprises out there offering a wealth of information on all things property preservation related his job would surely be a whole lot easier
