Here’s something interesting that I don’t think I have told you guys before now – did you know that my husband and I actually met online? We didn’t actually meet on a dating site or any thing like that, we met in a general chat room and were nothing more than online friends for 4 years before we actually met up in person, still only as friends, and soon after went on our first actual date, fell for each other and the rest as they say, is history.
I have never been a member of a dating site, but obviously based on my experience of meeting the love of my life on the Internet it is something I would recommend people to do and always tell my friends to go for it when they ask, what’s the worst thing that can happen? I love how normal it has become, because several years ago when me and my husband first met we would both feel a little embarrassed when people asked us how we met. These days no one would bat an eyelid at the answer and Internet dating is now one of the most common ways people or all ages get together
