I am very lucky in that I have a husband who knows his apples when it comes to computers. I would be totally lost without him and if something went wrong with my computer I really wouldn’t know where to start. I had a Protocolunknown error a few days ago and the first thing I did was jump on the phone to him.
I am thinking now it might actually be a good idea to learn and understand these things myself, who know what may happen in the future and it’s always better to be able to rely on yourself.
I just googled Protocolunknown and came across Protocolunknown.com — a quick 5 minute read of that site and I already feel a lot smarter, I am definitely going to add learning about computers to my to do list
