My cousin just finished university and got her diplomas . I told her I would buy her some university diploma frames as a sort of present but she didn’t want me to, she says that she doesn’t want them out on display as it’s a bit embaressing! I think that’s crazy, if I had a university diploma I would want every one to know and see them, she’s a modest wee thing.
Her aunt has already bought her a graduation picture frame which she hates and didn’t want either – she thinks she looks silly in it and says she’d rather stick it in a drawer and forget about it. What a grumpy pants she is. Again if it were me I would probably get lots of copies made and send them off in frames myself to various family members and friends – it is something to be very proud of.
She’s always been on the shy side though so I suppose this is normal behavious that would be expected from her, I have always been more of an extrovert and show off you might say.
Now I need to think of a different gift to get her though as frames are not going to go down well.
