I decided a couple of days ago that I was going to treat myself to some much needed new eyeglasses, the ones I have are still in pretty good shape considering how long I have had them – and I would hope so too because they cost an arm and a leg at the time, but I just don’t like them any more.
I can change my mind about something in an hour, never mind a few years, so it’s amazing I have resisted the urge to get a new pair until now.
I wish I hadn’t resisted the urge though because I quickly found a site called Zenni Optical via an article in The Examiner newspaper and you can get frames from them for as little as $8 – I couldn’t quite believe my eyes and if I didn’t already need glasses I would be wondering if I should get my eyes checked.
At that price I could afford to buy several pairs so I can swap them out as my mood suits me or in order to fit in with my outfit – either that or I could just buy a new pair every month or so when I get bored of the previous ones
