I like to do a little betting but I have never bet on sports for some reason. I tend to bet on TV shows and the like as I feel more confident about doing it as it’s something I know about – sports not so much.
I don’t bet too often though, maybe just once or twice per year – so every time I do I feel like a newbie again and usually have to hit up a website that explains how you do it and what the odds mean. For some reason that information never seems to sink in and stick with me.
I might throw a few bets on some sporting events in the coming weeks. I found a really good site with loads of news and explanations and sports picks – so I figure it makes sense to make the most of it.
It definitely adds an element of extra excitement to sporting (or TV) events when you have money riding on it
