I hate you insomnia

I absolutely hate it when I get insomnia, thankfully it’s not something I get very often but that means that when I do I don’t handle it very well at all. I tend to get upset and stressed about it which I am sure only makes matters worse.

I have often thought about getting something in so that on the odd occasion I do suffer with it I will have an option to take it away again. I have heard that melatonin is good for this as well as other issues such as jet lag, so I think I am going to have a look online and see where I can buy melatonin nice and cheaply. It’s not something I would want to spend a fortune on right off the bat as I don’t know if it will work for me or not, I tend to find a lot of common medicines don’t – such as hayfever tablets and paracetamol.

If I can buy melatonin from somewhere cheap, safe and UK based I will definitely give it a try though. That feeling of being so tired that you can’t keep your eyes open throughout the day but then still being unable to sleep at night is just horrendous. Yes, I think it’s a good idea to buy melatonin.
