Are car insurance quotes cheaper online

Have you ever done comparison shopping between online and offline quotes for car insurance? I am not sure if it’s just the new area that I have moved to or if it could be because I now live in a different state but the car insurance quotes varied considerably between the local insurer representative I asked to give me a price and what I was able to find by searching for myself online.

Obviously I went with the online quote because I found it to be fifty dollars cheaper and it covered all the same incidents that I wanted to be insured against. At the time I put it down to the fact that he probably didn’t like my perfume or he just wanted to get on with business. If it was the later he just lost a good prospective client because I’m in the market again for more than just car insurance but he won’t be asked to quote again on any of them.

It’s not cheap to insure anything these days so it pays to shop around. It’s just 100% easier to do it all online. It’s also cheaper for the insurance company too and the wise ones are passing some of that cost saving on. I don’t know anyone who isn’t insured for car theft and damage as well as the compulsory third party protection required by law here in the UK.

Insurance is expensive but the worst thing about any insurance is that it is just too expensive not to have it. Anyone who has been involved in a natural disaster whether it is fire, flood, earthquake, cyclone, typhoon, hurricane, tornado or any of the other natural occurrences prevailing in our local areas will know what I’m talking about.

So my suggestion to anyone who wants to shop around for the best free car insurance quotes to do a comparison between online and offline prices allow yourself enough time to study the policies and make an informed decision
