Wearing more organic make up

I would like to start wearing more organic make up as I find it really gentle on my skin. A lot of people say that it’s more expensive and not worth the extra but I strongly disagree – I have to pay extra to get ‘sensitive’ make up any way and the organic items do just as good a job and only cost the same amount or even less. For me it’s the way forward.

A friend of mine is going through the menopause at the moment and we get in to great long discussions about it – how it makes her feel and how it effects her life. One of the things she most dislikes about it is that is has affected her sex life so drastically as her sex drive has all but vanished, or should I say that it had vanished – she started to buy dhea which she says has helped a lot – not to the same level as it once was she says but in general people have a lower interest in sex the older they get any way, that’s certainly true of me

Back surgery

A friend of mine needs to have Open back surgery according to his doctor and it makes me so mad – the reason his back is bad is because of his job, I always told him to stand up for himself and his rights but as he needed the money he kept quiet and now look what it is going to cost him – a lot of money to fix his back and of course all this stress and pain.

Time to admit I am getting old!

I’m officially looking old. 31 years old and the signs of wear and tear are starting to show, I am finding more and more gray hairs, my skin isn’t as smooth as it used to be and I have dark circles under my eyes. I had never heard of Biothera before but my aunt asked me if I knew where you could get it a few weeks ago. Apparently Biothera is a sort of ‘super food’ that has been clinically proven to help the immune system to fight off and keep at bay a large number of the bodies challenges.

I can see why she wants to get her hands on some as Biothera sounds like it could do her a lot of good, she has always struggled with getting sick often and once a bug gets her it takes her a long time to get passed it.

I think I may need to buy some yoga blocks as I have just discovered that I LOVE yoga! Four years into my weight loss journey and can you believe I had never even tried yoga before? I thought it seemed like something that just wouldn’t suit me but it just goes to show, you should always give things a try as you never know, you might just discover something you love

Emergency Services

Thankfully I have only ever needed to call for emergency assistance once in my life time, it was when I was a teenager and I came home to find my mother having some sort of fit (it turned out to be epilepsy) – I have been taken off in an ambulance twice in my life but obviously I wasn’t the one that had to call them as I was busy being passed out hehe

Looking for compensation

I fell over in a store the other day and someone mentioned that I should see how much compensation I could get – the thought hasn’t even crossed my mind because the reason I fell wasn’t their fault and it’s just not my style to instantly think about what I can get out of something.

Out of interest I used the Hand injury compensation calculator on accidentconsult.com and can now see why people do go after compensation whenever they can – you can get quite a bit of money for even minor injuries!

Great news, I just found somewhere to purchase tanning lotions at a fraction of the cost I was told by my local beauty salon – I knew that I would be able to get it cheaper if I shopped around a bit online as salons always like to overcharge but I didn’t realise just by how much! I could get ten for the price of one if I bought it off them!

I am looking for the best fat burners at the moment if any one has any suggestions?
